Return Policy

You may return an unworn item for any reason within 30 days of your order ship date for a full refund.  Returns are easy and convenient.

We require proof of purchase to honor a refund or exchange. If you provide us with your information when you check out, we will typically have a record of your purchase. Otherwise, we require a physical order confirmation or packing list.

Customized products may not be returned except in the case of an error by Avaska.

Please include your proof of purchase in your message to us and we will reimburse the original purchase price to either your original method of payment or as a merchandise credit.

Once your request is approved we will send a RMA and return shipping label (typically UPS or FedEx) simply drop the package off at one of the carrier’s locations. After the return is received, we will review and issue a credit note; a refund will either be issued to your account, or to your original form of payment.

Exchanges

Your comfort is of utmost importance to us. We offer free size exchanges on unworn garments for up to 30 days from when you receive your item. Just submit your return and place an order for your new item.

  1. Return your item using the link above.
  2. Place an order for the new item of your choice.
  3. Your return is received and processed.
  4. A credit is applied to your account or original method of payment.

Special Conditions

To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within one year of purchase) in certain situations, including:

  • Products showing wear. Products must be in new condition if your order shipped more than 90 days ago.  See our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage.)
  • Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.
  • Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced.
  • Products that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned.
  • On rare occasions, past habitual abuse of our Return Policy.
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers (Items purchased at one of our partners must be returned to them and are subject to their return policies.)
  • Products that are customized (logos, flags, names ect.) cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of an Avaska error.
