Sales support and customer service will play a critical role in the continual growth of Avaska while onboarding an increasing number of customers. Responsibilities and Duties:
- First and primary inside contact for product related questions, quotations, inventory status, product returns, credits, and general sales inquiries
- Order entry – managing [email protected] inbox, as well as call in orders
- Creating quotes
- Verifying customer information and adding new customers into CRM/ERP
- Responding quickly to customer request, within 1 hour during business hours
- Handling custom branded orders including receiving artwork from the customer and communicating with operations regarding capabilities and timeline
- Communicating with operations regarding stock and lead times
- Communicating with customers regarding any backordered shipments, offering alternatives and updating with estimated ship date
- Effectively handling requests from outside sales staff, assisting with tasks such as updating information in the system, handling portal set-ups, sending credit app’s, entering notes/tasks from visits and entering leads
- Potentially assisting in other non-core areas occasionally to support with low staff levels and higher than normal volumes
Qualifications and skills:
- Customer service experience, 2+ years preferred
- Client-focused solutions mindset – proven track record working with customers and maintaining strong relationships
- Ability to work in a dynamic business environment, organize, prioritize, and complete tasks at own initiative with minimal supervision
- CRM experience preferred
